- Monday 28 December (Boxing Day) Closed
- Tuesday 29 December Open from 8:00 am

- Wednesday 30 December Open from 8:00 am
(DTG and Sublimation Departments only, No Cut&Sew Department)
- Thursday 31 December (New Year’s Eve) Open from 8:00 am
(DTG and Sublimation Departments only, No Cut&Sew Department)
- Friday 1 January 2021 (New Year’s Day) Closed
- Saturday 2 January Closed
- Monday 4 January 2021 Open All Departments are back.
- DTG and Sublimation Departments will be back between Christmas and New Year’s Eve to catch up with pending orders and ship them if there is no problem on the postal services.
- Cut and Sew Department will be back on 4 January 2021.
- If your order arrived before the cut-off date and is still in production, probably there is a supply or production issue, please contact AOP+ Support.
- If your order arrived after the cut-off date and is still in production, could be a supply chain problem, you can always request cancellation, and please reach AOP+ Support.
- If your order has been shipped but didn’t arrive yet, please contact the Carrier Company. Note that there are industry-wide shipping delays everywhere in the world, so that might affect delivery times as well and sadly we can not control that.
